One habit that altered my brain chemistry:. 15 mins of reading after waking up (before u get out of bed) + 15 mins before you go to sleep. 30 mins/day = 3.5 hrs/week. You’ll fly through books, start sharp, and end screen-free. Very low effort w high return !.
