Very disappointed at @TUIUK care for it's customers 😕 After a wonderful platinum holiday. we have been stuck in Lanzarote airport for nearly 9 hours. no shops or food outlets open. been advised by email we are being re-routed to Gatwick and then bused back to Cardiff 😡.
