I've never done it, but I totally believe it. My worst day ever was when I subbed a 1st grade classroom... 😩 still have PTSD from that day! Shout out to our Elementary Educators!
As an AP, I had to sub in every single grade Kindergarten is the single most exhausting grade level to teach. No question. No compare. You will not change my mind.
