Same. I’m giving it another try and it does seem more lively than it had been, and bc also more sane than this place.

Thanks @BrianMcGilloway I needed a distraction for obvious reasons and discovered on my TBR stack a Ben Devlin I had missed. The perfect prescription for a tough week.

In case you haven’t yet had too much of me … here’s my recent story in Comeragh wild heather honey. Honestly, some of the best I’ve tasted. https://t.co/qLJpodrq2O

Real Irish honey is a glorious thing, richly flavoured from whatever flowers the bees that produce it were feeding on ... industrial honey is often little more than sugar water

I can’t tell you how many times we expats have been asked this👇in the last 4 years. I’m not sure Americans at home realize just how many people in friendly countries think we’ve lost our mind

If you are making fun of how terrible all the food was in the 1950s, some things to keep in mind 🧵: 1) Many of the worst recipes are from cookbooks created to promote various foodstuffs, and probably no one except the poor domestic scientist who created them ever made them.

Everybody’s been dunking on her but from my point of view the weirdest (and sadly most typical) thing about it is this romantic view of farm life as some pastoral dream. There’s a reason our ancestors worked so hard to get off the farm.

My @IrishTimes story that went up online last week was in print yesterday. I can’t “gift” articles but I thought I’d post a photo in case you’re curious about a blow-ins thoughts after five years in Ireland.

It's a shame that the controversy over some edgy jokes will overshadow Rudy Guliani's touching speech, which closed with a poignant plea to anyone other than Vance in the audience with a couch he could crash on.

Hard to believe but it’s been almost five years since we traded the excitement of Los Angeles for the peace of Ireland. Here’s what I’ve learned—about cooking and life. https://t.co/6mdAQjeqW6

Schlongs and dongs and pubic hair, And tour pros in their underwear. And so many didn't seem to care. They all just looked away. But now they say I've overshared. Big men with eyes all lacking tears. They look at me and say I'm weird. And getting weirder everyday. I've looked

Nice choices on the whole. If you’re a bookish sort, I’d also recommend the Literary Pub Tour. Sounds kind of cheesy, but great guides.

Cheers to the poor room service waiter at @MaloneHotel who managed to get this perfectly pulled pint up the stairs (note: after a full day driving I sipped before I shot).

@IsabellaMDeLuca I was curious where you make your American First hats, as your site doesn't say. I looked up the specs and it seems you copy/ pasted info from your merch partner, but removed the China and Myanmar info. Can I ask why you didn't use any of the dozen-plus USA hat manufacturers?
