And now I've just wasted even more time with the @FedExEurope phone line AI Bot. Can't actually speak to anyone as I'm only the person receiving the package, not the account holder! So frustrating!
Just waited in all day for @FedExEurope to deliver. First, they said between 9-1. Didn't turn up. Next update said they tried to deliver, but "customer not available or business closed" so they'll try tomorrow. This is simply not true, as can be confirmed by my Ring doorbell.
