This incident is very scary for me. It's going on in every train still there is not any permanent solution. They are contractual pople that does not mean they can do anything. Kindly take strict action. @indianrail @RailMinIndia.

Can anyone clear me why #Zomato ,#Swiggy charges #PlatformFee from the customer? Is that legit ??? Why should a customer pay for just to scroll down an app. If a customer is paying platform fee that means that particular app is financed by customers. !!!!.
