Respectfully, creators with less than 25k followers have hardly any clout. We hardly work on a paid basis with them. The only exception is exceptional content. We will pay for top notch content, not for reach that isn’t monetize-able yet. Most of our collabs are on a barter

Spot on point by Kaushal. I face this dilemma every other day. The best solution is to draw a line in your head for what is passable and what is not. Be strict as soon as that line is breached but friendly all other times. A good team always understands that and respects that
As a founder, I often gets confused on either to be friendly with my team or act like a strict teacher too strict - team feels irritated too friendly - they start taking you lightly & never takes you seriously would love to hear from other founders on, how they balance ?
