So accurate 💯.We have rto of 6% right now. And we follow just the exact steps as Cherian mentioned. Highly recommend regular WA updates and faster deliveries. BD solves the issue.
How we’ve kept our RTOs under 5%. Before I start, I think RTOs are generally lower as your AOV goes up or if you sell high-ticket items. Customer intent is better, and there are fewer impulse purchases. So our products already have an upper hand here. Other things we do to.

Just simple B2B things in India, . Jinko order lagana hota hai, vo kisi bhi haal mein lagayenge. Aur jinko nahi lagana hota, unko kitna bhi samjha lo… kuch nahi hoga. Thankfully, I now understand in the first conversation whether the person will buy or not. Saves so much time.
