A crime like this shouldn't be described as having killed a pregnant Mum and the "destruction of her unborn child". A crime like this should be described, "has killed a Mum and her unborn baby". Reducing the value of an unborn life, especially in cases like this, is plain wrong.

Thinking of you Stephen as we approach the 50th anniversary of this repulsive attack. The repetition of hideous excuses for murders of innocent men women and children from our past is as repulsive now as it was then. You are quite correct. Evil has never been defeated with.
My abiding memory of the Miami Showband massacre is not the screaming of my band mates being slaughtered, it is the roaring, foul, hate-driven obscenities of their murderers which I now hear being repeated every day on social media. Stop it. Evil will not be defeated with hatred.

It is incredibly disappointing that after a long and impassioned debate the Welfare Cuts were passed last night. A Bill so clumsily amended on the hoof that the government carved out core elements of their own bill - but it doesn’t go far enough to fix the damage it’ll cause.
