Always thought the click should stop for scrims so much time wasting around that aspect of the game
@thepaulwilliams kicks to touch for lineouts another. Clock off as it crosses the touchline. Clock back on as the ball is thrown in. So many areas in the game you could gain mins of actual live contestable play back.
