So the Union and Welsh coaches want more access to regional players in prep for the 6N and are asking for them to be released more often. This sums up about 20 years of a one way relationship. Still when they contract every player this issue goes away for them.

It all starts with the development of players both skill & athletic physical development from a young age. We cannot be genetically that much smaller than other nations, all we’ve said all autumn is size and power. PDC plans need to be top of that priority long term list.

Today in 1876 the team which would become Cardiff RFC played its 1st game — a club rich in history and traditions — something we must preserve for future generations of supporters. A timely reminder to the WRU that talk of "10 year licenses" is anything but "fun" — it's wrong.

@dragonsrfc As a Leinster man, have to say that was a scandalous decision. If it was other way round, I'd have been screaming for a card. That it took the wind out of the sails of a potentially equalising score & a penalty that resulted in a win feels tainted. I understand the grievance.
