I asked him later, you ever seen a relationship where one side doesn’t really want to be there? Did it work out well? . You need to find out what he wants and if it’s not to be here, then you need to get out and fire on your backup plan.
Should the Nuggets force Valanciunas to stay here & suit up for the team even if he doesn’t want to be here?. Or should they cut him loose if he’ll have a bad attitude about the whole thing?. @DMacSportsCO & @RobTRadio are divided on the issue. Which side are you on?

He’s just waiting for the max to go up next year, no biggie. But. The only significant portion is that I think his agent has said he would finish out any contract he signs, waiting will mean 4 years after next season, a longer term & maybe a promise of at least 5 more years….
