BTC denominated converts have a lot of potential. They worked wonders for $ALTBG. I would love to see @asjwebley and @Croesus_BTC (and other treasuries) to explore them. If done at a 30-40% premium to the current market price, those would be highly accretive. They would.
Does SWC have any plans to take on (convertible)debt soon? BTC denominated (like altbg) would be interesting too. I think it's good to have some additional tools to acquire Bitcoin. Intelligent cheap debt is one the main reasons a BTCtc derserves a premium imho.
