There's 2 encounters between the two
First one Aokiji loses. Second one it's a stalemate. Aokiji gets taken out of the fight for minutes after the first attack as we see everyone has evacuated. Either that attack messed him up or he got his ass beat offscreen

There's no comparison at all. Whereas zoro and sanjis opponents are usually close in strength

Luffy was stronger and always has been. He fights the strongest villain each arc whilst Zoro fights the 2nd strongest and Sanji the 3rd. This is a constantly repeated pattern but somehow your ape brain still struggles to understand it
