I'm pretty sure that russet potatoes-- for baking-- have to be a certain size, but what I'm getting when I try to save 10 cents/lb, by buying a 5 lb bag, is only russetcitos! Idaho should be ashamed.

Not to mention, some of those "leftist" publishing companies publish textbooks which some communist professors use each semester.
