10 years ago today I walked through the doors of @WelshGovernment to join the @NHSGradScheme. Three health boards, ambulance commissioning & @WelshAmbulance later, I’ve had the privilege to work with many dedicated colleagues and it’s an honour to serve our patients. #NHSWales

(1/2)🏃♂️💚 “I owe everything to St John Ambulance Cymru.”. Chris Edwards, 39, from Newport suffered a cardiac arrest while running the Porthcawl 10K earlier this month. Thanks to the swift actions of the St John People who were there providing first aid cover, Chris survived.

I remember being in school when I heard the news of the 7/7 #londonbombings. Watching the news & seeing the bravery of emergency services & @stjohnambulance supporting victims. We will never forget the people who paid the ultimate sacrifice & responders who ran towards the chaos.
On the 20th anniversary of the 7/7 London bombings, we remember the 52 people who lost their lives and all those injured and affected. Our short film reflects on how the emergency services, the NHS and Londoners came together with bravery and courage to care for those in need.
