These results, gathered from a retrospettive analysis of 103 cases, suggest that AI could be a valuable tool for straight forward RCC cases to be discussed within an MDT, to reduce the overload of MDT. Further investigation is needed.

Highest concordance occurred when follow-up imaging was recommended. The complexity of a discussed case predicted lower concordance.
