The truth is that only about 18% of judges appointed in that period made political donations at all. Of those, 80% made donations to the Liberals. Surely @FreeAlbertaRob knows that difference - if he doesn't, he has no business advising anybody. Much less a premier.

This type of deliberate misinformation - ie. spreading of lies - is exactly why Albertans shouldn't want the Premier or her Chief of Staff anywhere near the appointment of judges.
Dear Liberal Justice Minister @SeanFraserMP —- is this what you meant by upholding the independence of the judiciary? Well that’s weird because… “Since the Liberals came to power in 2015 nearly 80 per cent of the judges they have appointed were donors to the Liberal party

So nice to see media actually doing the work to get the information right and debunk the #abgov lies (rather than just quoting the minister's efforts to dismiss the truth by calling it "ndp talking points"). Thank you @ZoeMas0n
Small town journalism for the win!! Great piece in the @MedecineHatNews actually fact checks the argument that Alberta's model is like NB and Que. They contacted the NB health ministry. Great work by Zoe Mason. @ZoeMasOn #cdnpoli #abpoli @FriendsMedicare

Private payment for health care doesn’t shorten wait times. Decades of evidence show the opposite: when care can be bought, public queues grow longer. Bill 11 follows a well-worn and damaging path. https://t.co/MgMkHhvUwp

Parkland report authors: Even in the most anti-union province, “unions can push for policy changes that benefit all workers and people with a stake in their service environments, as in the case of teachers advocating for smaller class sizes.” https://t.co/eMPIl0NujS

Alberta’s unions face significant political obstacles, but the evidence shows their resilience pays off for working people and benefits the fabric of democratic societies.
