Kya hi chu****pa hai yeh.. Banking se bas disappointment hi ho raha hai.. They are finding ways to make employee life hell.. Staff dena nahi hai, recruit karna nahi hai. Red taping hatani nahi hai, branches ko power de nahi rakhi.. Fir customer satisfaction kaise hoga!!

Yeh marketing officers and insurance ka staff karte kya hai din bhar sirf baithne ke alawa.. Sab inko branch se chaihiye..

If RBI wants, it can end (or at least regulate) banks' target culture and the associated malpractices in no time. But it'd rather just issue statements while letting these frauds play out as usual. RBI's regulatory failure is also responsible for this mess.
