The UK's latest National Security Strategy has just been published. Security amidst 'radical uncertainty' is its leitmotif. Those hoping for a broader and more nuanced approach to security than the recent SDR will be disappointed.

NATO's absurdly high new spending goals have so many (opportunity) costs, incl:."NATO’s new 3.5% spending goal would also lead to 2,330 MtCO2e of total carbon emissions by 2030, almost the same amount as the combined annual GHG emissions of Brazil & Japan".
