Great job capturing the reality of the situation northern Minnesota is dealing with.
The Mesabi Trail through Biwabik had no natural water flow near it. That was until heavy rains washed out a gaping hole several feet deep into ground, exposing utility lines and disrupting fresh water to nearby homes. 📝 @JerryBurnes @IronRangeToday

With flood damages across several counties in Minnesota, a Special Session limited to the Disaster Assistance Contingency Account and a Bonding Bill to address critical infrastructure needs, including disaster mitigation, just makes sense #mnleg.

Emergency services are a critical lifeline for people in need but a loophole means Medicare won’t reimburse for calls that don’t end in a hospital trip so that EMS providers aren’t paid for important work — we have a bill that’ll fix it.
