Praying for the victims of today’s attack. It doesn’t have to be like this. We don’t have to constantly live with the threat of mass gun violence hanging over our heads. We all deserve better. And we can make it better with some common sense and a bit of courage.
We are very sorry to share that we have confirmed reports of two deceased victims from the active shooting situation at the Barus & Holley engineering building. There are eight additional victims in critical, but stable condition at the hospital. There remains a shelter in place

Let’s not let the disrespectful treatment of our Senator and AG distract from the fact that these proposals - to strip the state Comptroller’s office of its power to fight corruption as well as remove the state police from the AG’s office- are just plain bad for New Jersey.
Corruption is costing you. We have to take down corrupt systems that are making it harder for you to live your life. I'll stand up to anyone and fight for you to make that happen. Check out my op-ed from today on what's truly at stake in this fight.
