4. Try a different combo of b/tsDMARDs+cDMARDs not yet tried. Could take advantage of adding on split-dose MTX!

1. Re-assess for the right dx. Look for occult/indolent infection, malignancy, alternate/overlapping rheum diagnosis, overlying mechanical arthropathy/tendinopathy.

Thank you for the invite to speak at ARTS ‘24, @alvinwellsmd, OrrinTroum! Important Q asked: How to approach difficult to treat RA that’s failed multiple DMARDs? ACR70 ~20-30%! Many c/b/tsDMARD options, but ways to go for high ACR90+ rates! @NU_Rheum_MSK_US, BrittanyPanico

#ACR23 need to find better way to incentivize attendance on the last half day of ACR Convergence. Turnout again pretty abysmal. Not fair to presenters of some very nice work today. End on full day or do something big at the very end.

My awesome colleague Dr. Kim Trotter part of this session: Sun 11/12 at 12:00 pm PST 12S125: Interventions to Increase Minority Participation in Lupus Clinical Trials, Room 23A-C Moderators: Rosalind Ramsey-Goldman @ramseygoldmanmd , Kimberly Trotter
Racial disparities exist in #lupus nephritis with higher prevalence in African American and Hispanic patients. While in-hospital mortality is lower for these groups, factors like age, comorbidities, and kidney failure play a significant role in LN outcomes. #ACR23

Had to post this #ACR23bracelet separately bc it’s #fromthevault. Also, should #ACR23 be renamed #ACR23 (@rheum_cat’s version)?

Congrats to @Deepakarao @Donlinlab @lovetolearn27 and team for this important work about cellular profiling in immune checkpoint inhibitor-induced inflammatory arthritis! https://t.co/wOu0hkEAhy
