20 years ago today, our town was rocked by the explosion at blast furnace 5 in the towns steelworks, where three men lost their lives, including one of our own, Andrew Hutin.
Today we think of them, their friends and families.

Very sad day for the club today as we hear of the passing of club legend Dennis Broad. We are sending all our thoughts and prayers to Dennis' family and friends. We have and will miss Dennis' voice echoing from the touchline, but will never forget it.
