All these homemade “Wicked” videos with people painting themselves up and singing “Defying Gravity”…. It’s the exact same hype from 20 years ago when the musical came out. It’s weird that it’s being presented as something “new” though.

Older sitcoms are weird when you see gags repeat. Golden Girls S5.E5 (1989).-Dorothy's lawyer boyfriend quits his job to be a clown. The Nanny S1.E11 (1994).-Fran dates an undertaker who wants to go to clown college. Five years apart, different casts, but similar plots.
