Final day and a climatic ending. Unbeknown to the Northcliffe team they ‘only’ had to score 5 stableford points on the imposing 447 yard final hole to win. They came up one short so the Baildon team waiting in the clubhouse prevailed. So glad we paid the good weather supplement☀️

The North Leeds Classic enters its second day @SandMoorGC and we are not last👍 This was the last time I saw my ProV1 having ‘swiped left’ into the trees from back of the 11th. Great event and warm camaraderie. Shout out to Patrick … who just makes the event run so seamlessly.

A soil importation success story complete with a new short game area, driving range and full course irrigation. Implementation was no doubt challenging but what an amazing legacy for the next generation of @headingleygolf member. And it shows. Course conditioning was 🔥

Day 3: Hackett - at 6358 yards that includes blind carries up and over some of the largest and impressive dunes in the world … and I get more shots at home🫣 Putting didn’t improve. Incredible hospitality from everyone @CarneGolfLinks. Go visit; you will not regret it.
