A little jaunt along the Thames Path yesterday using a run walk interval strategy as it is the furthest I’ve run for quite some time was going well until mile 17 and then ended up walking the last 3 miles. In hindsight was probably doing the run sections too quick …. #ukrunchat

It may not be anything special but it is something that is still feeling a little difficult at the moment. Trying to break away from the need to keep stopping during the runs at the moment. But I know I am still so far from where I was before 😔 (2/2)
