Lack of ambition and in sufficient resources could make this legislation somewhat toothless. https://t.co/9ld7uWBUPv

It is indeed frustrating that national and regional government continue to allow bus services to be at the mercy of a FTSE 100 company whose priority is to its shareholders and not the residents of the West of England. #ReclaimOurBuses #WECA
Only a while ago, First Bus West of England tickets bought on their app were valid for a year. They’ve quietly cut that to just a month. Almost every politician elected in Bristol promises franchising to take that sort of power out of the hands of these people. No one has done it

Travel free on the Number 36 bus next week! #Bristol Wouldn't it be great if buses were tax-payer funded (rather than just inadequately subsidised) and we could all travel for free everywhere in our region? https://t.co/RqTqKKMS1Q

If the missing/loose piece of the WECA jigsaw were to be fitted, would that help improve public transport across the region? Could £290k of North Somerset's budget be seen as a good investment? https://t.co/JWTZ4QXFQh
