Great article describing the important role of CHCs.1. CHCs can & should be playing a pivotal role in delivering health solutions.2. CHCs improve people’s health & save the health system $.3. CHCs provide a vital role in serving folks who are marginalized & without access.
At a time when the number of people experiencing homelessness is rising and the health care system is overwhelmed, community health centres say they can do more to provide primary care and other help to vulnerable, at-risk individuals, but need $ to do so. My piece today.
