When I code so long that even the simple things in my code seem complicated

Today I decided to stop my routine of doing tutorials for hours in favor of working on my own project. It feels productive and authentic. Feels good!!!!

I remember when I was learning multiple coding concepts a day and feeling very accomplished. Now I take the whole day and have barely scratched the surface of one concept...I’m looking at you Asynchronous JavaScript!

It turns out that @Snowden is not only a talented writer, but his childhood is also very relatable. Many of us who came of age during the 1990's caught a glimpse of something beautiful, and we've never been willing to let it go.

What learning JS feels like before you get the hang of it

Here are a few tips for new devs 1. understand concept > syntax 2. Backend learn to use a debugger 3. Frontend console.log as much as possible/use debugger 4. Pseudo code before actual code 5. Work on the smallest pieces possible. 6. GOOGLE EVERYTHING! #codenewbie
