Some common baby products are unsuitable for sleep. The safest place for a baby to sleep is in their own clear, flat, separate sleep space. If your little one falls asleep somewhere that isn’t firm and flat (even if you’re there to watch them), you will need to move them.

If you are unwell or injured, it’s important to choose the right service to make sure you get the best treatment as quickly as possible. Choosing the right NHS service will help reduce pressure on A&E and GP services, freeing them up to help those who need it most.
