This became law on June 1, 2023. Nothing has changed about that. If you aren't currently incarcerated: you can register to vote, you can cast your ballot, you can even run for office yourself. If your vote didn't matter, they wouldn't try so hard to take it. (4/5).

The law is clear: "In Minnesota, if you are over 18, a U.S. citizen, a resident of Minnesota for at least 20 days, and not currently incarcerated, you are eligible to vote. Period." (3/5).

He has attempted to subvert the law in trying to prevent two people on probation from being able to vote. 87 counties worth of judges have followed this law, it's time this one judge does as well. (2/5).

Grateful that both @AGEllison and @MNSecofState, are intervening in the horrific case of a judge (with already a record of reprimand for misconduct in the past) abusing his authority once again. (1/5).
