If you have flu, there are some things you can do to help get better more quickly. Pharmacies can give treatment advice and recommend flu remedies if you need it. If your local pharmacy is shut on New Year’s Day you can find one near you; ➡️ https://t.co/CdvkVCG2Rd

NRAD 10 years ago : 45% died without getting help in their fatal attack - only 25% had an action plan or education. And most of the deaths were preventable - sadly the situation hasn’t changed in the UK. So the World Asthma Day theme today is very relevant- it’s time for change!

An asthma attack is a signal that something went wrong! -1: Is the person prescribed an inhaled corticosteroid? If not, why not? GINA recommends that everyone with asthma should be prescribed an ICS, either regularly, or with as-needed ICS-formoterol.  https://t.co/Cm9ADXlUYD

The Princess of Wales made a big impression when she visited our Maternity Department last week🤰 Mums and staff on the wards were equally charmed by the Princess’s down-to-earth warmth and openness 💙 Check out the video below documenting Kate’s visit 📽️
