Around this time last week, we successfully completed our mission in the Indian Ocean to support #KIOST! . 2/2.

🚢 We've just begun our first expedition of 2025! . From May 3 - June 13, we'll be in the Indian Ocean aboard the R/V Isabu supporting the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology! . #KIOST 1/.

Last summer, we captured incredible selfie footage of @ROPOS_ROV, took ground-breaking temperature measurements with an extra long probe & spotted a rare squid with eggs with the NEPDEP 2024 team. Read about it on our website! .. #nepdep #DeepSea

@nepdep_ On the way up from the skate nursery on Day 5, our @ROPOS_ROV Team sprung to action when they spotted and managed to catch video of a Gonatus squid brooding its eggs! . See UTC Time: 22:32:14. We've since found out that this is rare footage!. /19 #nepdep
