Trip to LAX with @AmericanAir was a solid 8/10 My bicycle getting lost and no news 24H later on where it is , is a solid 0/10. Also customer service is a 0/10 automated service . please get back to me as I need my bike by the weekend !

Quite possibly the worst airline in the world . @AirCanada we have no new flight , customer service got up and left us and now we had to organise our own hotel . Very unimpressed!!! Can’t even get hold of someone now to get onto a flight back to Amsterdam !! ahhhhhhhh
