Districts are dumb . States need an allotment of seats and use PR to seat them, fix that gerrymandering problem pretty fast.
Literally anyone can look at these two maps and clearly tell which one is actually unfairly drawn to benefit one political party. Democrats claim you're "gerrymandering" whenever you dismantle their >100 miles long snake district designed purely to give them a free seat
