And why would he be able to beat Husted exactly?. He lost his seat against Moreno - now he’s going to somehow unseat another incumbent just two years later? Did all of the reasons why he lost last time just suddenly disappear?. Thank god he’s not running for Governor.

BEFORE YOU GET MAD AT KEVIN KILEY - remember that he is first on the chopping block if California does manage to draw a new map. This is a political move to save his seat (and maybe others), and its a meaningless one because this bill won't even get a hearing. Give him a pass.
