Assuming that info was submitted correctly to the distro, which most of the time isn’t the case w/many independent releases. even the majors don’t always get it right e.g. I’ve been credited as a BG Vocal Performer on records I mixed/as a Lyricist when I only cowrote music, etc.

It’s all super high quality materials & premium processes (like using reactive dye/embroidery instead of cheap DTG/DTF prints) that look/feel great & last way longer, but priced affordably (we were adamant abt this, hate overpriced cheap merch). And it helps us more than u know!

Damn. Soundcheck DC was a shining example of prioritizing audio design tech/acoustics>anything else. They put a huge loud D&B Audiotechnik rig in a bougie condo building’s basement that sounded incredible inside & u couldn’t hear 1dB outside. Lotta fond memories playing there.
