Always choose to be KIND. Had a nasty attending during residency (always inappropriate/demeaning) Today >decade their family member shows up on my rounding list. Due to that mental trauma, I had to pass them onto another, less experienced Dr but still oversaw care to ⬆️outcome

She’s willing to repeat pgy1 or switch to OB. As of now she has nothing after 6/30. I feel helpless especially knowing reason she didn’t get a pgy2 spot at her program. #wim and #HeForShe is a large issue at some places. Unfortunately she had no ally @EdEllisonMD @Atul_Gawande 🙏
