Although she seems much more consistent as we know her X gene is still developing. But some seem to prefer her more as a Elektra level character rather than a powerhouse.

It was solely based on how writers interpreted the character. Some liked the psychic powerhouse while others preferred the hand assassin with limited psychic abilities that she used as a extention of her physical capabilities. Kwannon is currently experiencing the same issue

Take Avengers vs X-Men for example. She was fighting Daredevil to a standstill but then squaring off against Doctor Strange and both Red Hulk and Quicksilver at the same time. She was the definition of inconsistent when it comes to power levels referring to Betsy btw
@jk_tidwell I mean Betsy had her powers Fluctuations as well when she was in Kwannon's body. Personally I know K fans like the Ninja thingy but its severely holding her back in terms of power but some prefer her to be "street level".
