Appreciate Jim's perspective here. He's as good as they get.
This is deeply troubling. NWS forecasters don't just come in and put a forecast together. They make processes for all forecasters so much better. I encourage you to read @mammatusman last forecast discussion he wrote to see how deep this cut really is. This is just one.
