Agree @doctimcook .In practice teaching VL first .allows instruction on the laryngopharyngeal structures . After practicing you can then turn the screen &.teach DL skills . The later now a more advanced technique @dasairway @altgm.

@Nitrousman75 @sally_ghazali @GAMCLondon @ProfEllenO Pretty sure that’s contents of 2.5ml of co-phenylcaine - same strength .The meter dose spray commonly uses deliver 0.1ml per spray .If you are delivering via syringe & mucosal atomizer device then the full 2.5ml is given.
