Agree with this. Forever grateful for early bosses like @willmcinnes and @amayfield who set an example that blogging is an essential part of the practice. Also agree with @kirsty_joan that imposter-syndrome stops many. Shame as i'd love more insight into what you're all doing.
I really feel like we might have lost the art of blogging these days, especially around design/digital in government. Most ‘blogs’ are more publications or articles, they’re part of marketing/comms backlogs and often planned for months in advance as part of ‘messaging’...
