Age Better in Sheffield was a programme of partnerships, and we were thrilled to work with @cdayson_shu and the team @sheffhallamuni to capture the unique learning and evaluation that came from a #testandlearn approach. Looking forward to working more on #AgeFriendlySheffield 🙌.
Since 2015 @CRESR_SHU has been working with @SYorksHA and their partners as the evaluation and learning partner for Age Better in Sheffield. Now the project has ended we've created a legacy page for all of the different outputs.
