That AI voice on YouTube and other channels is officially so annoying to the point of an immediate next clip flick. Can I get an Amen? This is who I envision as him

Maybe it’s a sign of the times that I direct most of my email to trash, so that I just go through the few I want to keep? No need to waste time deleting… Am I alone doing that?

The power of being able to care for patients… Gotta hand it to my friend Dr. Paul Thomas @PlumHealthDPC to show the way. Starting with one clinic. This is how we can save a trillion in healthcare costs. Get primary care right first! Got that message @elonmusk ?

Functionally to get a drug to market i.e. on the formulary you need to deal with pharmacy benefit managers who can control the market by collecting legalized kickbacks. To get a drug or a device in a hospital there is another group of middle men called group purchasing

Everyone knows that a drug or device must get @US_FDA approval before it can be used, right? What people often overlook is that @CMSGov also needs to approve payment for these therapeutics. This is an entirely different pathway, involving creating determinations of coverage

Spot on. This is something I routinely mention to expats. You want to know which hospital(s) are well versed in trauma care. Asking your primary care physician for their advice is required, whether moving or not, no matter where. Common Chicago knowledge. If you have a trauma
