It was great to be in Bethlehem last week to tour Bethlehem's Industrial Quarter, which has now been designated a UNESCO World Heritage site. I fought to secure funding to help preserve this important part of our Commonwealth’s history.

While I am disappointed the judge did not block the plant relocation, mandatory mediation represents an opportunity to pause the relocation and highlight the damage of this closure to the workers and Charleroi community.

This is a devastating blow for the workers at the Charleroi glass plant. I continue to stand with these workers and this community.
