Rarely do I see a job description that TRULY needs X years of experience— it is often a proxy for someone knowing certain skills and the maturity in their growth If you are using YoE as a proxy, stop. My DMs are open and I will help rephrase your job description

The nemotron 3 release might become my favorite release of the year. if super (~120B) and ultra (~480B) keep their promise, it will be the first time in history that we have a model at the frontier with this level of openness what is interesting here is that they are not just
Nemotron 3 Super (~4X bigger than Nano) and Ultra (~16X bigger than Nano) are pretrained using NVFP4, a new "Latent Mixture of Experts" architecture that allows us to use 4X more experts for the same inference cost, and Multi-Token Prediction.

It's nearly the end of 2025 and gmail still doesn't have a feature in iOS to hyperlink text can someone let an intern, SWE I/II at that with cursor or claude code? https://t.co/y6u3iD3kn7
zapier.com
Hyperlinks let you insert a clickable link into text without showing the whole URL. Here's how to hyperlink in Gmail from your desktop and the mobile app.

interruptible voice from a browser 🤩 with streaming context window Zack is such a fun technical founder to watch as he tackles these problems
sometimes the test prompts can get a little weird lol needed some long ones to test barging. llama 8b can reliably recite the gettysburg address from its weights, in case anyone was wondering 😅

Got the old crew back together for a very silly idea - an #ai only #FantasyFootball League. @crtr0, @rickyrobinett, @greggyb, @dkundel, @heccbrent, @bpartridge, @SwiftAlphaOne, @kevinwhinnery let one model run an entire season. Link in the replies.

Hey @splunk This is an unkind thing to do to candidates and silly when there are VPNs. What gives?

While we're at it, skip asking people about gaps in their resumes. We're all humans and could stand to act like it.

Since we are back into weird discourse about power dynamics of interviews: - Send candidates questions ahead of the interview - Expected thank you notes are just homework that you aren't telling people about and that's a disadvantaged process - Skip "why do you want this job"

An absolute delight to talk with @QuinnyPig on developer relations and the greater effort around community that extends beyond developers While I'm no longer at Common Room, there's an opportunity to use tools of this ilk (like Orbit) to understand the breadth of your impact
“Name half a dozen different SaaS companies ... community is at the heart of it. And so, how do you nurture that community? How do you measure that community? How do you prove that the work that you’re doing is valuable?” — @preciselyalyss Have a listen: https://t.co/vRVdKkAM4u

STRATEGY: directly market APIs to developers and include them in a bottom-up sales process. TACTIC: produce regular video content that covers the top use cases in a fun and engaging format.

The function of GPT isn't new, but it took a change in form (chatbot) to explode its relevance. Why does this design work? 1. Feels human (a single entity you interact with; not a "database" or "search engine") 2. Familiar texting mental model In short, lowered friction.

My brand font pairing process: 1. Use a word from the brand themes to use as the example text 2. See how "believable" it is at representing that idea like Slackey could be "I want to evoke spongebob"
