How are their MOA different ? 1. Rtx depends on Complement dependent cytotoxicity > ADCC ; Obinitizumab has more ADCC > CDC 2. Direct cell death by obinitizumab 3. Rituximab induced CDC, reduces CD20 expression on the B cells making them less accessible over time
