After Zohran, the organized left is in a great position. Too bad it's lead to us fighting a bunch. I try to make sense of things.
As any organizer knows, victory can be exhilarating, but it can also be disorganizing. @danielisgoulden writes about the debates roiling the New York City left in the wake of Zohran's victory.

we are taking on one of the worst cliches in politics
Did the Mamdani-Trump meeting preview a new kind of “bottom vs top” politics? Does Marjorie Taylor Green transcend political labels? Is it time to move beyond "left vs right" entirely? No! Organizer @blimp_juice on the only two sides there are:

This week, lefitst antiwar group Code Pink met and congratulated Marjorie Taylor Green for her "anti war" activism. This piece gets at why that was fucking stupid.

Chi Ossé's primary challenge of Hakeem Jeffries is the natural next step for DSA after Zohran's victory—and he can win. https://t.co/5cDaBTgqUz

Now that we’ve shifted the political reality, the eyes of the country—even the world—are on us. What will we do with that power? What must we do?

Fighting back has costs, but Senate Democrats made it all for nothing. We should stop putting our faith in elites who keep rolling over if we don't want our sacrifices to be in vain. https://t.co/oWwKuZL5yy

For 40 days, Senate Democrats held out, but in the end they caved in exchange for a false promise of a future vote they will surely lose. They simply rolled over and surrendered. All of the talk of...

Today, with the author’s permission, we offer you a re-printing of a piece Rose DuBois wrote for @PowerMapMag. She lays out how Janet Mills embodies a status quo line that does not meet the moment, and is a bad choice to represent Mainers in the Senate. https://t.co/8EhT1Ew7JZ

Earlier this year Maine Governor Janet Mills made national headlines when she quipped “see you in court” to Trump at the National Governors Association summit

Contrary to her national reputation, Janet Mills is more often a roadblock to progress than a champion of it. Read more about her and her time as governor in our new piece.

Like all radical centrists, @TheArgumentMag's real project is to excuse the evils of the right. @blimp_juice on why we should stop taking Right Wing Excusers in good faith, and start treating them like the fascism enablers they are. https://t.co/w0XqbInnC8

Instead of endlessly asking "stupid or evi?" about the pundit class who always says "move right," just tell them they're Right Wing Excusers and that they should stop. Or use your own preferred wording, up to you.

The pundits at The Argument do not want to fight the right. They want to excuse it. Their endless talk of "reasonableness" all comes back to the same point: when the right does something bad, blame...

Lakshya Jain is misrepresenting his own poll to score points for Reactionary Centrism. Zohran is less unpopular than both AOC and Kamala Harris! There's a lot to learn from Zohran.
I took a deep dive into Zohran Mamdani’s numbers. I’m not sure if people realize this, but he is actually one of the most *unpopular* Democrats in the country in a way that Harris/Newsom/AOC are not. And it’s not even all that close, per our new poll. https://t.co/bP6PFXrQGq
