Schools out Mr Winter! Fab night with the UOS Nursing lecturing crew (Colin is / was so inspiring, with a health knowledge base so unique. I could talk to him for just hours and listen to his many ‘sharing knowledge’ moments. What a lecturer…. just amazing …and so kind !

……..system calm the reactive and become future-orientated……. Wow ! Not just staffing - all care elements please! I must say ‘one workforce’ isn’t as easy as it would first appear - gently does it! Social and Heath for example work in very very different ways, it takes time
